I have a small business credit card but I’m planning to change it to a corporate credit card since my business is growing. I planning to upgrade my account then.

I run a small company where all employees have a corporate credit card. It is actually really nice because we accumulate points with Citibank and each month I have the employees go through the credit card statement and indicate exactly which clients should be billed. I would recommend them for other small businesses.

Our small non profit business is incorporated and run by a board of directors. We got a small business card and our treasurer signed as the guarantor however after he resigned we found that we could not change the account to the new treasurer and that we had to cancel the old business card and get a new account with our new treasurer as guarantor (we used Capital one) We don’t want to have this problem each time we get a new treasurer. Will a Corporate card help us? What are the liabilities to the supplementary card holders can they be held responsible for the debt incurred on both types of cards? Thanks so much, Debbie Cook
